Projects are special... Just like people.

Just looking for advice or guidance?

This is an area that is very broad.  Because of my experience in marketing, advertising and media, I can take on special projects for you – from the weird and unique to the basic and day-to-day.  If you are struggling to simply get a job done or you don’t have the capacity on your marketing team, I can step in and get it done.  And I love the challenge!

My goal is to fit right in to your team.  Be a helpful resource and ultimately make you and your team look good.  Here are some examples of projects I can take on:

  • Marketing Promotions and Windows
    Manage photo shoots or production
  • Partnership Marketing/Partnership Relations
  • Branding or Re-Branding Work
  • Creative Ideation – Names, Logos and Campaigns
  • LSM Toolkits/Ideas in a Box
  • Social Media Projects
  • Product Integration/Production
  • Media Planning/Buying and Messaging
  • Budget Assistance / Team Structure Guidance
  • Crisis Management PR / Proactive PR
  • Struggling Market Analysis
  • Local Event Marketing
  • Video Production – Training videos to brand videos or internal videos
  • Cause Marketing Strategy
  • Sports Marketing Ideas and Negotiations

I'm not a big fan of the word consultant... But when you just aren't sure what to do or how to do it, I can step in and assist.

Here are some examples of ways I can consult for your company, team or organization:

  • Advise on partnership opportunities and vendor relations
  • Guidance on various projects, promotions or ideas that you have but you are not sure if the path you are on is correct.  Or you just need some help figuring out how to get it done.
  • Connecting the Dots.  I love being a dot connector.  If you are looking for new vendor or partner or you just need to find a better printer or supplier, I can help.
  • Help with budget planning and team structure.  If you need help deciding who does what on your team or how to best spend your money, I can provide ideas and examples on how companies have done it successfully and what not to do.
